Bay Area rapper Lil B, or most popularly known as Based God on the internet, has been banned from Facebook for 30 days. This is following Facebook calling his post a violation to the social media site’s hate speech policies. The social media giant has since deleted the posts from the rappers page, and would not reveal what the rapper said said to get himself banned.
Lil B commented on the matters himself tweeting out that he had been banned for “talking about white people.” The artist hasn’t been shy when it comes to talking about race in America, using sites like Facebook and Twitter to speak freely about injustices.
This isn’t the first time The Based God has found himself banned from Facebook, back in 2014 he was unable to use the site for 30 days after posting a rant on race, rape, animal rights, and sex trafficking.
