Singer songwriter Nick Murphy, previously known as Chet Faker, just released a new song entitled “Medication,” following the release of the music video for “I’m Ready,” from Murphy’s last EP Missing Link.
In an interview about the new track, Murphy stated “It’s a song about ignorance and flawed logic. I wanted to see what it was like writing about ego-fuelled confidence.” Scroll below to check out the track.
Nick Murphy released “Medication” right as he starts up on the second leg of his fall 2017 North American tour. Fans haven’t heard new music from the singer since Missing link this May, his first project done under his legal name of “Nick Murphy” rather than his stage name Chet Faker. With a name change and incoming new music, fans can be on the look out for what Murphy will be coming up with next.
