American Aquarium @ Union Transfer 10/3

Alternative Country band American Aquarium recently released their latest album back in 2016. American Aquarium has been making music since 2006. Since bursting onto the scene, American Aquarium has worked Ryan Adams, Corey Smith, Sons of Bill, Jon Lindsay, and many more. The band has released over seven studio albums since the early 2000s. American Aquarium released their debut album, Antique Hearts, back in 2006. American Aquarium is currently working on releasing a new album.

After the release of Antique Hearts, American Aquarium began touring in support of the album. American Aquarium waited three years before releasing The Bible and the Bottle in 2008. The band began to gain a huge following while touring. American Aquarium released their third album, Dances for Lonely in 2009 via Last Chance Records. “I Hope He Breaks Your Heart” became one of the band’s biggest hits. The following year, American Aquarium released an EP titled Small Towns Hymns.

In 2012, American Aquarium released two studio albums. While touring for Burn. Flicker. Die, American Aquarium released a live album titled Live in Raleigh. American Aquarium continued to tour throughout the year. American Aquarium was nominated for two awards at the 2013 Lone Star Music Awards. The band released their sixth studio album, Wolves, in February 2015. A live recording album, Live at Terminal West, was released November 2016.

Donovan Wilkins: Donovan Wilkins is a self-taught photographer and published writer. He lives in Glenside after moving from his hometown of Philadelphia. After studying Liberal Arts at CCP, he decided to focus his time on his writing and photography. In 2016, Donovan completed his first feature-length screenplay, The Coast is Clear. During his career, Donovan worked on a small budget film in Philadelphia as part of a writing team. Since then, he has written various short screenplays.
