Sleep Announces They Are Nearing Completion On New Album

Great news arrived yesterday, as it was reported by Brooklyn Vegan that the well respected doom metal veterans Sleep had announced that their brand new album is close to being finished. The band made the exciting broadcast by updating their weedian.com website with nothing but their logo & morse code which translated to:

“INITIALIZE NEW TRANSMISSION 2017 CE SLEEP NEARING COMPLETION OF NEW ALBUM ENGINEERING ACCOMPLICE: NOAH LANDIS LOCATION: 37.8044 N, 122.2711 W RELEASE DATE: UNDETERMINED RECORD LABEL: UNDETERMINED”

This will be Sleeps first album in the past fourteen years. Their most recent song, “The Clarity,” was released 3 years ago for Adult Swim Series and they plan on releasing a new track for Adult Swim Series for this year as well.
