Holy Wars Live at The Hi Hat in Los Angeles

Holy Wars recently released their new EP, Mother, at The Hi Hat. Opening for them were indie pop rock band Night Talks and New Language, a heavy, modern metal band.

The Hi Hat was packed for the start of Holy Wars’ performance. Vocalist Kat Leon took time to explain to the crowd that the whole album was personal, written about and for her mother, who passed away a few years ago. The songs are full of raw emotions, as Leon describes how she felt during that period of loss on tracks like “Orphan” and “I Can’t Feel A Thing.”
