Photo Review: Julia Jacklin at The Wiltern

Julia Jacklin brought The Gem tour to The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Thursday, October 22. The set paired new songs like “Brand New” and “God Sometimes” with favorites “Pool Party,” “Body” and “Pressure to Party.” The crowd sang along to the familiar songs and listened closely through the quieter stretches, giving her voice room to carry. Jacklin reached across all four albums before closing with “Hay Plain.”
