Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age, who have released a teaser for a new album earlier this year, and Brody Dalle, who has released her album Diploid Love, recently performed at a backyard sixth grade graduation party. These artists made a cover of “Surrender” by Cheap Trick.
According to SPIN, with the couple, Butch Vig, who is a part of the supergroup New Band 5 Billion In Diamonds with Spiritualized and has an album coming out, joined along. The performance was possibly for Homme and Dalle’s eldest daughter, Camille Harley Joan Homme, and may have been staged for her and her friends.
In the video, the artists seem to have a fun time performing at the event. The video can be watched below.
