Foster The People Announce New Album Sacred Hearts Club for July 2017 Release

Foster the People have kept themselves busy these past few months. The band who showed their pumped up kicks debuted three new songs back in April and now, those same kids have officially revealed their follow-up to their 2014’s Supermodel and 2011’s Torches. The new album is titled, Sacred Hearts Club and will feature 12 brand new tracks.

Sacred Hearts Club will be delivered to fans on July 21st via Columbia Records.

The new album isn’t the only thing new with Foster the People. The band has also shared a short documentary that offers up a behind-the-scenes look of the band as they prepare for their upcoming tour. The documentary which sheds light on the preparation that goes into a tour, mastering it down to where everything is like “muscle memory.”

During the documentary, the band has described the new album as a “beat-driven, groove-driven record” with a “psychedelic, ‘60s influence.”

Sacred Hearts Club is just the beginning, Foster the People has announced a new batch of North American tour dates that will be begin this Fall kicking off in early September and ending at Austin City Limits in October. Tickets for the tour will be available to buy this Friday, June 16th so get your own pumped up kicks ready.
