Linkin Park @ SAP Center 10/18

Best selling rock band Linkin Park will be making a stop in San Jose this fall. The band will be playing SAP Center on November 18th. Their tour, One More Light Tour, will be moving all around North America and worldwide. They will have various artists performing alongside them such as Machine Gun Kelly and the (amazing) Snoop Dogg.

Linkin Park has been one of the few rock bands that has made success in their own niche genre, in the mainstream, and commercially. The band has kept it cool since 1996 (21 years!) and has been producing hits one after another. Recently, aka like two weeks ago, the band released their seventh studio album titled One More Light. This album is known for the titled song, Heavy, Good Goodbye, and Battle Symphony. Their six other albums have also all hit success and are continued to be recognized. The band’s biggest hits include the songs Numb, In The End, What I’ve Done, Bleed It Out, Breaking the Habit, and Burn It Down. The band is categorized as a rock band with pop and rap influences. The band’s mix  of vocalist Chester Bennington’s singing skills and Mike Shinoda’s rap skills, it’s clear why the band has such a huge and loyal following. They give a different dimension to their songs with the pop and rap fusion with rock music. It’s hard to completely nail down the band’s sound.

Fans of Limp Bizkit, 3 Doors Down, and System Of A Down will be down for this opening act, and those who are fans of music in general will be here for the entire lineup for this insane show. MGK? Snoop? Linkin Park? Count me in and count me broke, but I’ll see you there.
