Muse Give First Taste of Upcoming Album with New Song “Dig Down”

I don’t think there is ever a bad time to get some new music from an artist you have been craving it from. In this case, Muse has decided to give fans a sneak peak into the upcoming album with the release of a new song and music video.

“Dig Down” acts as a return on a major level carrying on their tradition of impressing fans with exciting visuals. The video looks to be in a futuristic environment as it shows someone crawling on the ground after some sort of explosion. The video is built around someone trying to escape an enclosed area after possibly being captured.

This year, Muse can be seen performing at a number of different events this summer. The KAABOO festival announced in March the lineup to their festival and Muse will be performing alongside Jane’s Addiction, and Garbage. They will be performing at the well known Lollapalooza Festival side by side with The xx, and Arcade Fire.

Muse released their debut album Showbiz  in 1999, which showcased his interesting vocal style that included a falsetto and an alternative rock style. Not just beloved by fans, Muse has received respect from their peer being the winners of a number of awards but, most notably 2 Grammy Awards for Best Rock album. With their most recent album effort being in 2015 with Drones, Muses’s upcoming album looks to be an anticipated project on many levels.
