Rock band Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds are heading to the famous Electric Factory next month. NBATBS is known for their widely popular songs and shows. Since the 1980s, the band has continuously released music with their latest release in 2016. During their career, NBATBS has released 16 studio albums.
Their first album, From Her to Eternity was released through their record label Mute in 1984. A year later, The Bad Seeds released their second album, The Firstborn is Dead. Many said the album featured many references to Americana Gothic. Later that same year, NBATBS dropped a cover version titled Kicking Against the Pricks involving songs from Johnny Cash, John Lee Hooker, and others. In 1986, NBATBS won ARIA Award Song of the Year for Where Wild Roses Grow. Over the years, NBATBS continued to evolve their music while gaining fans. For the next few years, the band released a new album every two years. In 2007, ARIA inducted Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds into the Hall of Fame.
Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds managed to have success even at this stage of their career. They have adapted to the music of the times haveing been in the music business for almost 20 years. The band recently toured for their 2013 US Summer Tour, heading to all the major cities. The following year, the band toured Australia along with New Zealand. In 2016, the band released a documentary about their success, One More Time With Feeling. Their new album is out now, which is sure to be a treat.
