After announcing a slew of opening shows for Iron Maiden on their summer tour, heavy metal band Ghost have added a bunch of headlining performances as well.
It’s a constant question who are the identities of Ghost as the musicians wear masks and are only identified as Nameless Ghouls. It’s an interesting branding concept for a band as the focus is on the music and not the personality of the members. It’s actually a pretty pragmatic model for a band as personnel changes (something that can kill a big name in music) have always gone unannounced. Few previous members have stepped into the light as members of Ghoul until recently when Swedish guitarist Martin Persner released a video message in which he claimed to have played in GHOST for seven years using the stage name Omega. Recent rumors about the identity of Ghost’s new keyboardist have been leaning toward the fan theory that the shoes have been filled by Korn’s former behind-the-scenes keyboardist Zac Baird.
