The best artists are able to break out of being in just one lane and become successful in many different lanes. That is what Ice-T has done with his rock group Body Count. Reported by BLABBERMOUTH, Body Count has released a video for their song “No Lives Matter” and if your wondering if that has any thing to do with the popular hashtag rooted in positivity, Black Live Matter, then you are correct.
The entire video is in black and white, possibly to not distract viewers from the message through colors. In the beginning of the video, Ice-T is sitting in a chair as the camera zooms in and he gives a voiceover filling listeners in on his opinions on the relationship between African Americans and law enforcement. He then proceeds to discuss the reactionary reply to “Black Lives Matter”, “All Lives Matter”.
As the video continues to play, different members of the band are shown in separate shots as different statistics appear in big white letters. The song is track off of Body Count’s soon to be released album Bloodlust which will be available March 31st via Century Media. Rock fans will be excited to know that producer Will Putney recorded with the band.

Body Count frontman Ice-T spoke with Revolver magazine about the soon to be released Bloodlust album, “Making records is a very interesting process. You work really hard on something and finish it and then you’ll be, like, ‘Yo, that sounds like somebody else’s record.’ Or, ‘Hey, didn’t we just make that record three days ago?”
