Longtime rockers Linkin Park are still going after all these years, and it looks like they’re set to release a new album entitled One More Light this May (19) through Warner Bros.

In addition to the announcement the band also debuted a new song, “Heavy,” through Los Angeles radio station KROQ earlier, which features guest vocals from Kiara Saulters (aka Kiiara) which will surely see itself creeping up the charts as the song gets more spins on the radio. They also performed a version of the song through a Facebook Live performance along with one of their smash hits “Crawling.”

The band recently released a new video update from their studio and discussed the upcoming themes and lyrics on the new album.

“There are songs that don’t specifically talk about situations, they talk about a frame of thinking. Like, ‘This is shit that’s going on inside my head,’ or, ‘This is something that I’m dealing with,’” says singer Chester Bennington.

“To me, it tells a story, but it’s also revealing as well in another way, and that feels honest to me.”

While details are still scarce, the band is clearly excited about the upcoming project.

Co-vocalist Mike Shinoda was quoted in a Youtube question-and-answer session saying “I can’t tell you what it sounds like. I can tell you you’re going to be surprised. You gotta expect the unexpected. Don’t expect what you’ve heard before.”
