End of the Road Festival Announces 2017 Lineup Featuring The Jesus and Mary Chain, Father John Misty and Lucinda

End of the Road Festival has announced their lineup for their 2017 event for August 31th through September 3rd. This year’s lineup will include The Jesus and Mary Chain, who recently release new song “Always Sad”,  Father John Misty, who will also be performing at the FORM Arcosanti Festival,  and Lucinda Williams, who’s been part of the celebration of the 60th anniversary of Allen Ginsburg.

The End of the Road festival is an annual festival held in Larmer Tree Garden in England. This festival mainly focus on the genres of alternative music, mostly folk, alternative country and Americana. The festival began in 2006 with the organization by Simon Taffe and Sofia Hagberg. In 2008, it had its first sold out event. There are four stages that are used: the Woods Stage, the Garden Stage, the Big Top Stage and the Tipi Tent. Along with these four stages, there is an area in the woods around the Garden Stage where there is a piano. Previous artists that have performed are Ryan Adams, Zombie-Zombie and Mumford & Sons.

The festival has the option of shuttle bus available for people who want to attend and there are different types of camping such as general, family, boutique, disabled, campervan/caravans and quiet.
