deadmau5 @ The Shrine Auditorium 4/27

Joel Zimmerman better known as deadmau5 is continuing his illustrious career as one of the best known and most successful electronic musicians we’ve ever seen.  His resume is filled with accolades and awards from across the world from sold out shows to Vegas residencies deadman5 also put electronic music on the map when he performed at the 54th annual Grammy’s as the first telecast to highlight the musical genre he has helped define over the years.

The name “deadmau5” came to be when Joel was just a young boy living with his parents.  When his computer suffered a malfunction, he took it apart only to find a dead mouse inside the tower of the computer.  His friends deemed him the “dead mouse guy” and after failed attempts to hold that title in chatrooms across the internet (too many letters) he resolved to retrench the moniker to “deadmau5” a form of leet.

deadmau5 is no where near the end of his ride and has his sights set on more trails to emblazon for the foreseeable future.  Come April, Los Angelenos will have numerous nights to get a glimpse of history as he is set for a whopping four (4!) night stay at the Shrine Auditorium.  Tickets are sure to be sold out quickly so hop on this as soon as you can!  Stay safe and hydrated, get ready and buckle up!
