The Avalanches have revealed plans to appear at 2017’s editions of Glastonbury and Coachella. They released their first album in 16 years, Wildflower, this summer.
The band detailed their new 2017 touring plans via a series of now tweets. They concretely confirmed plans to play Coachella and Glastonbury next year, and also retweeted fans asking whether or not they would be playing Bonnaroo and Governors Ball.
Following Wildflower’s release, the duo promoted their music with performances at Primavera Sound in Barcelona and Splendour in the Grass in their native Australia. They are currently scheduled to play multiple shows in Australia as part of the annual Falls Festival.
