Pallbearer has announced the release of a new album Heartless, which will be out in March 2017, through the record label Profound Lore. The album artwork and tracklist is shown below. According to the press release, the band has also announced a small tour starting in late February in Austin, Texas.
The band had began the full length third album’s work in 2015, and it follows three years after the release of Pallbearer’s Foundations of Burden. This new album will continue to carry on their style as described by Brett Campbell as “the Arkansas sound, but also our own influences like psychedelia, the Sports tonality and then progressive rock.” in an interview with Red Bull Music Academy.
The tour will take about a month interval between late February and late March as they will finish the final touches on their third album. As the band comes back to the tour, they will play in their hometown vIn the first tour date, the band have a special appearance by The Crazy World of Arthur Brown.
