Germany born and Virginia raised rapper Shelley Marshaun Massenburg-Smith, is about to make The Forum even better. D. R. A. M is performing December 12, he first came onto the music scene in 2015 after releasing his single “Cha Cha”, his success continued with his song “Broccoli” which featured fellow rapper Lil Yachty.
