WATCH: Bat For Lashes Releases New Video For “Joe’s Dream”

Bat for Lashes has just released the video for her single “Joe’s Dream”. The track comes off her album The Bride, which was released earlier this summer.

Bat for Lashes (aka Natasha Khan) has had a busy summer releasing videos and singles off of The Bride. The Bride is a concept album that tells the haunting story of a bride on her honeymoon alone after the death of her fiance. The “Joe’s Dream” video clearly demonstrates this concept as the artist is seen singing and playing guitar for an empty party room. Album themes include loneliness, love and loss. Khan released the audio of “Joe’s Dream” in June and the video for “Sunday Love” in May.

Khan is set to perform at this year’s Pitchfork Music Festival Paris in October. She will be joined by M.I.A, Chet Faker, DJ Shadow and many more.
