Celebrating the vinyl release of their first album Telephone, Philadelphia’s The Districts will be playing an in-store show at Creep Records. Creep Records will be doing a limited edition clear vinyl release, while black vinyl will be available world wide.
Known for powerful lyrics reinforced by forceful instrumentation, The Districts first captured Philadelphia’s attention, and have since garnered a global fanbase. The band was formed in 2009, while its members were still in high school. However, The District’s lyrics and instrumentation have always been mature. With the 2015 release of their second LP A Flourish and a Spoil, the band built upon their compelling sound.
The District’s potent live energy leaves audience members astounded, and wanting more. Their fans are committed, and for good reason. Upon hearing one song, it’s impossible to not continue listening.
