Usher Joins Major Lazer For Cover of Prince’s “I Would Die 4 U” at Coachella 2016

In a week filled with tributes and loving nods to the recently deceased Prince, the final day of Coachella 2016 (and the second weekend of the festival) featured one more prominent tribute. R&B superstar Usher joined electro group Major Lazer for a loving cover of the seminal Prince cut “I Would Die 4 U.” Originally from Prince’s record-breaking movie and album Purple Rain, the cut is used in the finale to the famous film. Last week at Coachella weekend 1 Diplo’s Major Lazer was joined by Sean Paul, Mo and DJ Snake. Check out videos of Usher playing with Major Lazer below.
