The Goo Goo Dolls have announced a headlining North American tour that will make a stop at the Santa Barbara Bowl on July 16. The tour is in anticipation of the alternative rock band’s upcoming new album “Boxes,” to be released in May. The band consists of made up of vocalist-guitarist John Rzeznik and bassist Robby Takac and touring musicians. Since forming in 1986, they have sold more than 10 million albums.
The multi-platinum, Grammy-winning band will be supported by Collective Soul & Tribe Society. Collective Soul has been rocking out since 1992, releasing its latest “See What You Started by Continuing” album last year, reaching #1 on the US Top Alternative Albums. Tickets range from $29.50 to $69.50, so be sure to catch these great bands next month!
