The Teragram Ballroom will be presenting “Golden Yearz – A Bowie Celebration,” featuring such great artists as Bobby Blunders, Allene Norton’s Cellars, LoveyDove, and Panther. The bands will celebrate David Bowie, who passed away in January at age 69. One of the bands performing on this special night is LoveyDove, a pop duo consisting of Azalia Snail and Dan West, who have just put out a new album “ShowStopper,” demonstrating rock, pop and soul sensibilities.
Their playstyle and creativity will surely do justice in representing Bowie material. And there’s a lot to choose from – Bowie released 27 studio albums, 121 singles, and played countless shows throughout the world marking his place in rock history forever. Another band performing is LA-native Panthar, an 80s new wave splash of punk and goth to form a new dark pop mix. Be sure to catch this celebration at the Teragram Ballroom next month!
