Pinkpop has just announced the lineup for their 2016 music festival. The festival held in the Netherlands, will feature notable performances from the likes of Paul McCartney, Major Lazer and Puscifer, among others.
The festival will take place between the 10th, 11th, and 12th of June 2016. It will be held in the Megaland Park in Landgraaf in the Netherlands. The lineup features a melange of international acts, from German metal band Rammstein, to the legendary pop artist, Paul McCartney.
Pinkpop is the oldest and longest-running pop and rock festival in the world. It started in 1970 and held in Burgemeester Damen Sportpark in Geleen. The festival is usually held on Pentecost weekend, but for scheduling reasons, is often held at later times in the year. It is one of the most popular festivals, and has even sold out six years in row. Their headliners have included everyone from Metallica, Kings of Leon, and the Cure.
