There are many things that a traveler can do during the summer in Belgium, from its beautiful historical monuments, to its many array of museums and sights, the country is never short of activities. Adding to any traveler’s list, especially for the rock enthusiasts going through Europe, should be the Pannonia Fields which will be hosting this year’s Nova Rock Music Festival taking place between June 9th-12th. Announced today is the artist lineup for Nova Rock that is sure to excite all rock fans, with a star studded bill that includes the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Korn, Puscifer, Disturbed, and plenty other popular rock & roll troupes.
Since 2005 Nova Rock has been as a part of Belgium’s June schedule without fail, providing the Dutch citizens as well as travelers passing through the Easternmost state with well thought out artists to perform on their multi stage spectacle. Each year Nova Rock has made sure to improve their facilities and provide festival goers with a better, newer experience that will surely make them come back the following year. This year Nova Rock is cutting out some of the hassles that were present the previous summer, such as stages that are 200 meters apart and one main entrance in order to reduce long walking distances for attendees, providing better positioning for campgrounds and vendors, also adding 3 showers and sanitary camps to help cleanliness get people to that godliness level.
Nova Rock festival is proud to announce a strong lineup that puts many others to shame, each day of this four day fest trumps the one before, with first night headliner Korn starting the weekend off with some metal heavy rock ragers to kick fans off with a bang, and following it up the next few days with even more big names like Cypress hill (returning after their memorable 2012 performance on the Blue stage), classic rock Alice Cooper, Disturbed looking to once again to electrify audience since their 2009 appearance, and closing out the last day is the much anticipated Red Hot Chili Peppers, who will have audience members leaving only wanting more of what the just got.
Camping passes and GA Tickets are currently available, and hurry, because with a lineup like this, it does not look like there will be an option to sleep on these.
