Fans of Halsey have already had a few chances to see the young performer take the stage here in Philly. She gave a stellar performance at this past year’s Made in America Festival. And just a few weeks later played to a sold out crowd at Union Transfer. With all of the buzz around her, it came as no surprise that she added a few more dates to her roster with this summer’s upcoming Badlands Tour.
She’ll kick things off in July and eventually make her way to Philly for a performance at Festival Pier, one of our favorite summer venues. Grab your tickets now to catch Halsey on August 11th, with support from the phenomenal, Oh Wonder. (Bad Suns will provide support for most of Halsey’s August dates).
Surely you’ll be headed to Festival Pier for the main act, but don’t sleep on the openers. Oh Wonder is one of the most buzzed about new acts. And they’re currently in the midst of their first US tour ever. They were just here last week, for their first performance in Philly. In mere minutes, Oh Wonder’s show at Boot & Saddle had sold out and needed to be moved to the much larger, Union Transfer. And then the song-writing duo went ahead and sold out that day as well. So, there’s a huge likelihood that the upcoming Festival Pier date (featuring headliner Halsey) will also sell out, and it will likely sell out quickly. If you plan to attend, you should definitely grab tickets for this one while you still can!
