San Diego-native and Soul/R&B star Andra Day will be performing at the El Rey Theatre March 30. She is celebrating the release of her debut album “Cheers to the Fall” released in August. She worked with Jenn Decilveo, Adrian Gurvitz, Rob Kleiner, Raphael Saadiq, and Chris Seefried in the production of this album. The album was nominated for Best R&B Album at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards.
The two singles “Forever Mine” and “Rise Up” showcase her unique talents in delivering raw emotion through powerful lyrics and talent. She may have just release her debut album but she is far from just starting out. We know that she has many years of experience working in her favor and we can’t to hear what’s in store for the tour!
