Coming off the heels of releasing her latest album “25,” which debuted at number one in more than 25 markets and broke first-week sales records in multiple countries, Adele will be performing at the Staples Center for six shows, starting on August 5. The soul pop star has sold 40 million albums and 50 million singles, making her one of the world’s best-selling artists to date.
Adele became a household name in 2013 when she wrote and composed her song “Skyfall,” winning an Academy Award, Grammy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best original song. Her first single from “25” took the world by storm, breaking firs week sales. “Hello” became the first song in the US to sell over one million digital copies within a week of its release.
Adele’s 2016 tour will begin on February 29 in Belfast, Northern Ireland and continue through Europe and North America before ending on November 15 in Mexico City. Currently, the tour is planned to have a total of 105 shows. Make sure you’re apart of Adele’s upcoming tour!
