Singer/actress JoJo will be performing at the Roxy Theatre on November 23. Her “I Am JoJo Tour” consists of 23 dates and is supporting the release of her new EP “III” pronounced “Tringle.” The song “When Love Hurts” from the EP peaked at #1 on the US Trending 140 on Billboard + Twttier. Her Atlantic Records debut is due sometime in 2016.
At the age of 13, JoJo became the youngest solo artist to have a number one single in the US with her album’s first single “Leave (Get Out).” The single went gold and has since sold over 3 million copies worldwide. In addition to her music career, JoJo also launched a career in acting. She made guest appearances on beginning with the 2002 American sitcom The Bernie Mac Show, and later in American Dreams in 2004 and Romeo! in 2006.
