White Sea has announced a four night residency at LA’s Bootleg Theater presented by KROQ, starting Wednesday, October 14th. For four Wednesdays in a row, fans in the Los Angeles area can see the songstress perform for free in the intimate venue. White Sea is the solo project of Morgan Kibby, who has fronted The Romanovs and collaborated and toured with M83.
The first White Sea releases were an EP titled The Frontier and an album In Cold Blood (2014). White Sea recently unveiled her new single “Stay Young, Get Stoned”. Listen to the song via Soundcloud here:
More recently, Kibby collaborated with Big Data as a writer and featured vocalist on “Business of Emotion,” and Panic! At The Disco as a writer on “Hallelujah.” Kibby also composed the original score to Eva Husson’s upcoming French film Bang Gang that debuted at the 2015 Toronto Film Festival. This is a FREE residency so be sure to catch White Sea on any of the four dates!
