The 2015 Newport Folk Festival started out the weekend with an amazing line up. With 4 stages set up around Fort Adams, Friday included Hiss Golden Messenger, Calexico, Strand of Oaks, Tallest Man on Earth, Iron & Wine and Ben Bridwell, Heartless Bastards and surprise guests My Morning Jacket who played their own set and then stayed onstage to back Roger Waters who ended the evening in the middle of a thunderstorm.
