Alternative rock band Garbage will be performing at the Greek Theatre to celebrate its 20th anniversary on October 8. The tour is titled the 20 Years Queer Tour, where the band will play its debut album in its entirety for the first time. The album was released in 1995 and has achieved 2x Platinum status by the RIAA.
Garbage released its debut album at a time when grunge music dominated the airwaves and mainstream culture. Later this summer, Garbage will relive the grunge era by releasing a special 20th Anniversary edition of the album that will be re-mastered and feature all of the remixes and previously unreleased versions of songs from their debut.
Garbage will offer VIP experience packages for the US tour through Adventures in Wonderland. Offers will include premium seating, sound check access, meet and greets, soundboard viewing, and exclusive merch. Be sure to catch Shirley Manson, Duke Erikson, Steve Marker and Butch Vig celebrate their illustrious career with Garbage in October.
