LISTEN: Health Release New Song “Stonefist”

The last time Angeleno noise rock band HEALTH released an album was 2009’s Get Color. The album was well received, attaining positive critic reviews and a music video that garnered half a million views. Fans have been eagerly anticipating the August release of Death Magic, the band’s third record.

Since the announcement of the album, the band has unveiled “New Coke”, and now “Stonefist”. Unlike the previous release, the band’s latest single is more smooth and subtle in its effect. Their signature dark intensity is not lost despite its slow-burning opener, as heavy electronic synths and glitch effects emerge mid-song.
