Kodaline is an Irish rock band originally named 21 Demands. Members Steve Garrigan and Mark Pendergast grew up in the Dublin area and have remained friends since childhood. While still titled 21 Demands, they released their own single “Give Me Minute.” The single made chart history when the single topped the Irish Singles Chart and became the first independent track to achieve such status.
Kodaline released their debut self-titled EP in 2012. Their single “All I Want” was selected as BBC Radio 1’s Record of the Week. The following year the band released their debut studio album In Perfect World. In 2014 the track “All I Want” from their record was used in the highly anticipated film The Fault In Our Stars.
Recently in December of 2014, the band announced their new LP Coming Up For Air, and published a new single titled “Honest.” A few days later they released their single “Unclear.”
