Ariel Pink has announced a solo double album, pom pom, which will be released on November 17.

The album has 17 tracks that span the many sounds of Ariel Pink, including pop, scuzz-punk and psychedelic tracks. This is Pink’s third studio album release with 4AD, but the previous two were released with his group Haunted Graffiti. The lead track, “Put Your Number In My Phone,” is one of the aforementioned pop songs, with a distinct Ariel Pink style.
The forthcoming LP will be available in several formats: a 2xLP, a CD and a digital download. Those who pre-order pom pom on iTunes and Amazon MP3 will receive an instant download of “Put Your Number In My Phone.”
