While Mumford & Sons went on an indefinite hiatus last fall, NME has reported three of the four band members were reunited for a few songs at Glastonbury this weekend.

Marcus Mumford, Ted Dwane and Ben Lovett helped curate the “Gentlemen of the Road” stage at the festival, and it brought them back together with Haim, as well as other musicians of the day. Their collaboration with Haim was most notable, however, as the two groups joined together for covers of The Rolling Stones’ “Dead Flowers” and “Honkey Tonk Women”.
Prior to that, the trio joined Michael Kiwanuka for the last song of his set, and together they covered Neil Young’s “Dance Dance Dance”.
No news yet on a complete reunion for Mumford & Sons, or whether banjo player Winston Marshall will rejoin the group, but their impromptu performance at the festival definitely stirs up hope for their fans.
