Wild Cub is an indie pop rock band from Nashville. Jeremy Bullock (guitar/synths) stripped down a small Nashville row house to build a custom studio for the band. Keegan DeWitt (vocals/guitar) stated in an interview with American Songwriter that he moved because “in Brooklyn, the price of living was such that you’d have to be working a full time job, and I found myself putting 50% effort into both that job and my music. Nashville allowed me to put 100% of my effort into music.”

In the studio, the group would record and eventually form a five-piece band around their debut album, Youth (2014). The album was initially shared digitally, and was later released through Mom+Pop Records. The album’s debut single was titled “Thunder Clatter.” The group consists of Keegan DeWitt (vocals/guitar), Jeremy Bullock (guitar/synths), Dabney Morris (drums), Harry West (bass) and Eric Wilson (keys/synths). Youth displays the band’s skills in seamless transitions between contagious electronic pop and tropical feel.

Wild Cub has performed at major festivals like Hangout Fest, Lollapalloza and SXSW. They have also appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Conan in support of their new album.
