More new material out from the upcoming Wye Oak album. While “The Tower” did find its way to Youtube earlier, it’s up again, and it’s got a video to match.

Excited about Shriek yet? Wye Oak’s fourth album is set to drop at the end of this month. We’ve heard couple tracks off Shriek – “The Tower” and “Glory” – we’ve got some tour dates in the pipe (including some recently-added U.S. gigs) and now we’ve got a music video.
It features two painters who are objectively sort of awful at their job. But we’ll give ’em a pass – they’re great dancers. It’s a whimsical, upbeat music video, and features some solid cinematography. Match it up to “The Tower”, and you’ve got a relaxed four-minute romp guaranteed to help you kick the start-of-the-week blues.
But seriously. We’re pretty sure these two were supposed to paint over some graffiti or something.
