As if announcing a new world leader, Bonnaroo has truly set a high standard when announcing it’s line-up. The follow-up to last year’s hour-long megathon headed by ‘Weird Al’ Yankovich features singer/songwritter Ben Folds in a superjam with Flaming Lips, alongside what seems to be an epic event.
Our friends at Consequence of Sound have revealed details of the worth-watching happening. The date is February 19th, the masters of ceremony SNL’s Taran Killam and comedian Hannibal Buress.. guys at Bonnaroo have taken the anticipation hype to another level and are making a true one-in-a-kind event to unveil the acts that will perform on the festival. They called it BLAM (Bonnaroo Lineup Announcement Megathon) and, in the best showbiz manner, it will be preceded by a two hour pre-show which kicks off at 7pm EST.
