Excitement continues to build for St. Vincent’s upcoming European tour – in Europe. But happy holidays ‘Muricans, you’re far from forgotten. A North American tour has recently been announced, with stops across the states. And a couple in Canada, wherever that is.
Annie Clark, aka St. Vincent, burst onto the scene in 2007 and quickly made a name for herself with debut album Marry Me. A crooner on the mic, and an absolute demon on the guitar, Clark’s subsequent albums have won similar praise. So it was a little exciting when she announced the completion of a new eponymous album, slated for release in late February. It followed hard on the heels of the announcement of an enormous supporting European tour.
But new dates have arrived, and yes, St. Vincent is coming stateside. And, if you check out the schedule below, you’ll find it’s one hell of a campaign. Clark figures to be on the trail for two solid months…absolutely mad, but absolutely awesome, since there’s an excellent chance she’ll wind up near you at some point.
