Festal Estereo Picnic Announces 2014 Lineup Including Nine Inch Nails, Tiesto and Phoenix

Bogota doesn’t really seem like a hotbed of mxdwn activity, but if you’re currently holding court in Colombia, or plan to be this Spring, then you’d better listen up. Festival Estereo Picnic, a major Colombian music festival, has released an absolutely incredible lineup for their 2014 bash.

That’s right, Julian Casablancas is making the long trip down to South America, just to play at Estereo. The Strokes frontman recently – wait. Casablancas only made the third line of the announcement poster?

Well.

Okay, fine, you read the title, we may as well mention the others. Red Hot Chili Peppers, Nine Inch Nails, Tiesto, Phoenix, Pixies, and Vampire Weekend are all gathering in one place. And there is, somehow, more. Casablancas is indeed going to be at Bogota as well, alongside Australian house band Cut Copy, London up-and-comers Savages, Gogol Bordello, and Zedd. Heck, even AFI’s going to be there – remember them?
