Chase and Status’ upcoming album Brand New Machine has been officially announced for release on October 7, and the second single from the album is up and streaming. English electronic combo Chase and Status have been making waves recently. With a headlining appearance at the Glastonbury festival (fellow headliners included the likes of The Rolling Stones and Mumford and Sons), and the popularity of the first album single “Lost and Not Found”, the pair find themselves riding a wave of anticipation into their October release.
Consistent critical darlings, Chase and Status scored big with their last release, 2011 offering No More Idols, which topped the UK dance charts and drew universally lavish praise (a guest appearance by Cee-Lo Green can’t have hurt either). “Count On Me” brings in some more strong outside talent in London soul singer Moko, check it out below.
