Billy Corgan and The Smashing Pumpkins are ready to release their Oceania on June 19th. It will be their first full length LP since 2007’s Zeitgeist. Oceania is a part of Teargarden by Kaleidyscope which is a series of 44 songs, originally planned to be released through numerous EPs, which now includes Oceania as an “album inside an album.”
On Tuesday, while on a boat on Lake Michigan, Corgan and crew threw a listening party for Oceania. During the night Corgan debuted new song “The Rite of Spring”. Watch the video below.
