According to Pitchfork, the second season of Sleater Kinney’s Carrie Brownstein and Saturday Night Live’s Fred Armisen’s show “Portlandia” premiers January 6 on IFC. Check after the jump to watch full episode featuring Eddie Vedder and Jeff Goldblum, as well as music from Washed Out:
Vedder’s spot in Portlandia comes just after the career spanning documentary, Pearl Jam 20, directed by Cameron Crowe. At 1:30 in the video below, Crowe DJ’s a previously unreleased Pearl Jam demo, entitled Chinese, and it features all of the signature sounds that made Pearl Jam such a driving force behind the ’90’s grunge wave.
