The Gossip – Mojave Tent

Beth Ditto’s dance punk group the Gossip rocked the crowd with spastic energy as the weather finally broke. Spritely in stature, Ditto commanded the crowd with confidence. While the band is known for a slightly punk-ier style, here they liberally incorporated synthesizers and spent a good half of the set rocking a dance vibe. As she brought the crowd to ecstatic glee, Ditto also incorporated snippets of “Lady Marmalade” into one song.
