Dylan Snubs UK Rock Hall

Bob Dylan recently refused to attend his induction to the UK Music Hall of Fame. The insult was made worse when he also refused to send a video acceptance message, despite event organizers’ willingness to work around Dylan’s tour schedule. Instead, Woody Harrelson accepted the honor on Dylan’s behalf.
