DMX Gets an Extra 10 Days for Bad Behavior

DMX was hit with an extra ten days of jail time after showing up three hours late for his sentencing at a New York courtroom. DMX had a good excuse for his tardiness: he presented the judge with a doctor’s note explaining that he had suffered an asthma attack on the way to court that morning. Despite this and X’s sincere apologies, Judge Chin-Brandt added ten days to the rappers’ sixty-day sentence for a total of seventy.
