Luke Hargraves

Luke Hargraves is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is double majoring in Public Policy and Music with a minor in Business Administration. His writing reflects a wide variety of interests, publishing papers surrounding the electrification of Vietnam in the late 90s to breaking down the proliferation of Brazilian Jazz music.
