Meg Myers, one of the rock music revelations of the current year, has released a video for her new song “Sorry,” off the debut album, due to be released this summer.
Currently #24 at Alternative Radio chart and rising, “Sorry” promises to become one of the main drivers of Myers’ upcoming LP. The video itself demonstrates Meg, on one side, and two kids playing on the other, one of which looks much like Meg in her early years. Myers, who sometimes gives an impression of a little overacting in the video, nevertheless describes the mood and the message of the song quite precisely. You’ll definitely want to watch it more than once.
It’s not the first song revealed by the artist. “Go,” which was presented earlier together with the video, turned out to be much more aggressive than the latest hit “Sorry.” Meg Myers, who has recently announced her April and May tour dates, promises to become one of the major artists of 2015.
